RawData partners with research companies and offers the world’s first Panelist Relationship Management (PRM) solution. What exactly is PRM? It’s panelist compensation, research surveys, media tracking, and reporting dashboards—all integrated into one.

You build the panel. We’ll help you manage it. Our goal in each market is to create a statistically valid panel made up of hundreds of people that accurately reflect the census demographics of the area. And our Panelist Relationship Management solution helps you conduct faster and more accurate consumer research than ever before and more accurately see what media people are really using, when and where.

Our panelists are “always on.” Members of the Smartphone Panelist Program agree to participate in surveys from marketers as part of their agreement with RawData. In return for participation in the panel they receive unlimited use of a RawData phone. And we have found that the panelists enjoy having a voice in surveys and influence in media tracking.

Media Tracking

RawData is a research company that integrates media and advertising tracking with consumer research. This connection results in more valuable and actionable consumer insights than ever before. We use a sophisticated new technology on smartphones our large communities of consumer panelists carry. This technology enables us to track what people watch on TV, listen to on the radio and browse on the Internet. Our smartphone app recognizes only TV and radio stations and the advertising that is running on them—everything else is ignored.

For example, with our MoARC mapping you can see as a person starts their day tuned into the Today Show on NBC, see them switch to drive time radio in the car, and then track the Easy Listening station they listen to at the office. Our database contains detailed demographic and lifestyle information on each panelist that allows marketers to research, target and gain insights like never before.

Media Tracking


Surveys

RawData research has response rates that typically exceed 75% of panelists in a demographic. We currently offer two types of panelist opt-in surveys.

QQs – Quick Questions: Panelists have agreed to answer short questions from us via text messages. This is ideal for pre- and post- campaign research, breaking news surveys, “pulse of the community” questions, and opinions on just about anything.

PQs – Panelist Questionnaires: With PQs we send a text to panelists inviting them to go to a website to take a survey and receive rewards. This allows for more in-depth research surveys, but is still incredibly fast and accurate.

Additional survey options are being developed that will allow marketers to conduct cell phone interviews, create virtual focus groups and more.
